Bill of materials

Procedure

  1. Body B shall be supine, then raise the pelvis until B hip is above B head. Shoulders stay on ground.
  2. Body A shall kneel between B femurs.
  3. Seat pelvic contact. θ is set by the height of the bridge.
  4. If B reports tightness at entry, apply unguent before step 3.
  5. Hold the bridge only as long as B lumbar allows. Lower the pelvis to KS-006-YAW or KS-010-CLSP to unload.
