Procedure
- Body B shall be supine. Stretch one leg. Flex the other, bringing that knee toward A chest.
- Body A shall kneel in the interval, holding the flexed leg if needed.
- Seat contact. Line of action is offset toward the stretched side.
- Swap legs to reverse the offset. Both legs flexed is KS-017-COMP. One leg to the head is KS-018-BAM.
