Procedure
- Body B shall be supine. Stretch one leg. Raise the other toward A head (not past available hamstring length).
- Body A shall kneel and seat contact.
- Reverse: lower the raised leg, raise the stretched leg. Keep the contact seated through the swap.
- Cycle. The sheet is the cycle, not a static pose.
